Pura Vida Bystro is hosting a full day event where you can sample fabulous vegan food, enjoy great live entertainment and meet health conscious local vendors in our marketplace! Make new friends and discover new options for a healthy body, mind and spirit!

Reservations will only be taken for parties of more than 8 people. Please call 702.722.0108 to make your party reservation. As the restaurant will be open for regular business, you may need to wait for a table. Both inside and outside tables will be available.

A scrumptious 3 course vegan lunch menu will be available for $15. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Mercy for Animals. Purchase your lunch in advance by clicking the button below.

Please save your payment receipt. We will have an on call table for those who have paid in advance.

All menu items are certified vegan (animal-free) and made with only the freshest organic, local products in our 100% cruelty-free kitchen. Substitutions may be made using the
freshest local in season produce. GMO free and fair trade when available. Cranberry Chutney by Strawberry Creek. Menu items may contain allergens including soy and nuts including
peanuts. Please let us know of any food allergies when you place your order so we can do our best to accomodate your needs. All gluten-free options are prepared separately in our
gluten-free kitchen area. Many items available gluten-free. Ask about our ingredients! Menu subject to change.
